    Are forts battles working? Empty Are forts battles working?

    I just want to ask are fortress working? I run around 3 forts but I cant find any npc to reg for battle. One more thing are Atribute stones working? I bought fire stone from event shop for 2Stars and it didnt work Evil or Very Mad
