I hit 1200 dmg to a mage (Insane p def) and get 700 - 800 reflect weee i fail`d lamfio learn to pvp and u beat vanguarded paladins like i kill "PRO" Redragon with wanguarde ok nerf paladins nerf daggers with 4.7k p def and nerf mages+bish with insane p def add reuse on augument skills and make storm of wind 15 secs like old days. 1st. Read some true skill explanations before posting such stupid posts.
2nd. You can't defeat me in l2 off or retail-like stuff.
3rd. Have u ever played OFF server?
4th. Paladins are now imba,if u know what that means,daggers depend only on luck,coz even if they got 170 evasion,like i did,pala hits me 8/10 in 5 seconds.
5th. I see u realise that u gonna fail as soon as paladins will be fixed,so cry while you can.
6th. Learn some fluent english.
7th. Aren't you bored to fight 5 enemies on server,by just recruiting everyone who wants to join you?

I don't know if this has already been fixed but i know how to fix it.
OK the condition for use of skill is:
<cond msg="Can be only used when HP is 30% or lower">

but if the buff it's self doesn't have the line with <and></and> like this:
